Privacy policy

We store the minimum amount of data required to deliver an order and to keep the platform safe.

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, country and, if you sign in with Discord or Google, the identifier returned by that provider.
• Order data: the game, the ranks, the options and the price of every order you place.
• Payment data: the identifier and status returned by the payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers.
• Game credentials, when your order needs them: encrypted with AES-256-GCM and readable only by the booster assigned to your order.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent and rate limiting counters, used for fraud prevention.

How we use it

• To deliver your order and to let you and the booster talk to each other anonymously.
• To detect fraud: mismatched regions, chargeback history and unusually large first orders raise a risk flag reviewed by a human.
• To send you order notifications. Marketing email is opt-in and separate.

Who sees it

• The booster assigned to your order sees only what is needed to deliver it, never your name or email.
• Managers see order data and can read the order chat when handling a dispute.
• Payment providers receive the amount and an order reference, nothing else.

Retention

• Game credentials are deleted as soon as the order closes.
• Order and payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and anti-fraud obligations.
• Chat messages are kept for 12 months after the order closes.

Your rights

Write to our support to export your data, correct it, or delete your account. Deletion removes personal data but keeps the anonymised financial records we are required to retain.

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or third party tracking cookies are set.
